Inefficient because it takes more time than it should, and mysterious because the time required displayed never matched the actual time taken to copy/move files. Copying large files, due to this, becomes an inconvenient process.

An alternative to the bothersome process of copying large files via Windows Explorer is Extreme Copy.

The *.msi setup file is very small in size (~2 MB) and downloads almost instantly. Installation is another easy step and does not require any clarification.

The reason ExtremeCopy is faster than Windows Explorer is because it auto optimizes speed and resource base according to the user’s machine, which makes use of the maximum speed possible while copying files.

In ExtremeCopy the copy/move process can also be paused at any stage, and resumed afterwards.
