How To Modify Hidden ScreenSaver Settings

In Windows Vista and Windows 7 some ScreenSaver configuration settings are hidden from users. E.g .for the Bubbles, Mystify and Ribbons Windows screensavers no options are presented and instead the following message is displayed “This screen saver has no options that you can set”
