I hate the new Digg toolbar that is automatically added to all story links with a vengance. It’s annoying as it butchers the url and despite digg’s protestations, I’m sure it’s stealing authority from authors.
To remove the toolbar for good then if you are a digg member you can select ‘Never show Diggbar for external links’. If you’re not a Digg user, then visit this page and and hover your mouse between the ‘X’ button and the feedback button on the Digg toolbar and a hidden drop-down arrow will appear. Click the drop-down arrow and select ‘Always hide the toolbar‘.
