The above test gives basic speed information but no real info you quality or capability of your connection. My favorite Broadband Speed Test site is http://www.ispgeeks.com.Click on Broadband Diagnostics then TCP Quality Test or Speed/Cap Test and the rest is simple. Then I changed to Sky and within less then two months and one visit to the exchange by the BT Engineer the problem was fix and a stable service I get a good 4.1 to my top of 5.2MB sometimes at busy times it drop no lower the 2.8MB.
