The problem with popular blogging platforms like WordPress is that over time your blog can get a bit grotty around the edges, due to the all the widgets and plugins that get installed and uninstalled. It’s good to set some time aside every now and then to clean up all the crap in your blog, to keep it running nice and smoothly.
