Nokia Recalling 46m BL-5C Batteries

Nokia are recalling 46m faulty BL-5C batteries.  The fault doesn’t appear to be serious – your battery could dislodge when it’s being charged.  So, even though you don’t have to worry about your pants suddenly setting on fire it’s worth checking if your battery is one of the batteries that needs replacing.

To see if you battery is one of the Nokia batteries that are being recalled, then check to see if your battery’s serial number is listed on the Nokia website.  All replacements will be done free of charge.
