It's worth adding that if your iPod refuses to go into Disk Mode and you hear a noticeable clicking sound the problem might just be corrosion on the HDD cable and will need cleaned periodically. ipod fix

It’a about time Apple and Microsoft grew up. Even if they don’t want to talk to each other at least let their products do it. I’m personally fed up with the OSX v Windows debates. A computer is simply a big calculator. It should be able to run ANY software…

i tried to download this file but got a message telling me i could not install it. when i plug in my ipod shuffle i get an error message telling me the usb device not recognized. i do have windows vista on my laptop. i hope you can help me. thank you
