FixYa is a nice concept that I think will grow over time. The service allows you to ask support questions about a range of consumer products, and like Yahoo Answers, other users can submit potential solutions.

There’s a rating mechanism, so you can quickly spot who are the good problem solvers. Users can even register as expert helpers in certain topics, which I’m certain in the future will mean that expert problem solvers will get paid for their time.
