Guide To Watching Champions League, Premiership And UEFA Cup Football Online
Update: I’ve just published an update to this guide that also covers American Football, NBA, NHL and Baseball.
I was stunned last night by how many people came to my site looking for ways to watch the UEFA Champions League games. I guess it was because the Wednesday night matches aren’t on free TV. A lot of users landed on my huge list of free TV sites that has a sports section, but unfortunately it doesn’t have a guide for how to actually watch matches.
So I’ve decided to post a fool-proof Guide To Watching Champions League, Premiership And UEFA Cup Football Online today just in case the same happens again for tonights UEFA Cup games, or for future Champions league games. This guide also covers all major European leagues including the English Premier League, Serie A, Bundesliga and Primera Division.
Step 1: Download Sopcast
Although there are several applications that let you watch football streams online, SopCast is by far the easiest to install and use. The main reason is because all the instructions are in English and not Chinese like many other services.
To download go to the SopCast website and get the latest version currently SopCast 1.1.1. the download can take a long time to come down sometimes which can be annoying if the game has already started, so I’ve uploaded the latest version of Sopcast here if you are having problems.
Step 2: Install SopCast
Once you have the zip file on your PC unzip it somewhere you can find the files easily, and then run the setup program. Once you’ve finished there should be a SopCast icon on your desktop or in your start menu. Double-click this file to start SopCast.
Step 3: Using SopCast
The first time you run SopCast it will ask you to login. Just select ‘Login as anoymous’ and ‘Auto login on this computer’ as pictured above and then click ‘Login’

hello,
i seem to be having problems using sopcast. is it that it’s only at match times that we can watch these stations listed? i can’t seem to get even the entertainment stations to play. it buffers most times up to 25% and reverts back to 0% making it difficult to watch anything.
