Top Tip: Click here to run a free scan for common PC errors
I’ve spent a lot of time at my PC this weekend working on my theme. I have a very comfortable desk, but I think my chair is a bit too high which means I get cramp in my legs after a while. Luckily, a IM buddy sent me Workrave which pops up at a set interval and walks you through some exercises that will help prevent Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) and cramps.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t play any music so I just put my gym playlist on while I went through the exercises. I definitely found it useful and it’s worth downloading. Even if you don’t do the exercises, it’s still a good way to remind you to take important PC breaks.
