How To Get Onto The Halo 3 Beta Trial

There’s not much longer to go now…Halo 3 is almost here for the Xbox 360. If you want to become a beta tester, Kotaku has some advice for you:
Just participate in at least 3 hours of Halo 2 multiplayer sessions via Live between Feb. 1, 12:01 a.m. EST and Feb. 3, 11:59 p.m. EST and then be one of the first to register at the www.halo3.com site.
The first 13,333 users will get a place on the Beta 3 program. It’s only available to US gamers, but don’t worry other countries will be added later. The multiplayer beta will go live this spring.
